J. Winston Lea has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1995. Before becoming a CPA he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in mathematics. Winston worked in a small manufacturing environment with over $10 million in sales for over eleven years improving process efficiencies and began honing his skills in HR development. After working in public accounting with McGladrey and Pullen, CPA's for two years, he joined Action Staffing Group as Chief Financial Officer. As co-owner of Action Staffing Solutions, Inc., a sister company of Action Staffing Group, he has witnessed firsthand the evolution of Professional Employer Organizations (PEO's) and the increasing complexities of human resource laws and regulations. Winston holds the Certified Staffing Professional designation and remains a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
