Carey Smouse

Carey's expertise is in the design, development, and delivery of custom training solutions for improved employee performance. She has created and delivered training in subject areas such as customer service, sales, business communication, and employee development.

Carey will partner with company management to assess learning and development needs and to create specific action plans to meet those needs. She is passionate about customer service excellence and believes that demonstrated excellence translates into business and sales performance.

Carey graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has four years of training and development experience in the banking and insurance fields. Carey's professional certifications include: Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Leading Organizational Transition, and Performance Consulting. She has worked for both National Commerce Financial Corporation and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana as a Corporate Trainer and is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and the Society for Human Resource Management.
